  • Memberships are non-transferable. Use by others may result in cancellation without refund

6. Fair Usage Policy

  • Limited memberships are tied to your selected home center
  • Unlimited plans may allow access to other centers, but misuse may lead to penalties
  • FitWay reserves the right to restrict access or cancel bookings in case of abuse

7. Pricing & Offers

  • All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise
  • Offers and discounts are time-bound and may not apply retroactively

8. Conduct & Safety

  • Respect the fitness centers’ rules and staff
  • Any abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or legal action

9. Photographs & Media

  • Photos may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes
  • By participating, you grant FitWay permission to use such photos

10. Data Sharing & Privacy

  • Your health and usage data may be shared with service providers as required for service delivery
  • FitWay takes your privacy seriously and handles your data per our Privacy Policy

11. Account Termination

  • FitWay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms
