What is the FitWay Coach Availability Display?
It is an app for TVs on the gym workout floor that shows coach availability. Members can see which coaches are available, currently in a session, or not available.
How does the display help gym members?
It helps members identify an available coach before approaching them. That can reduce uncertainty and the awkwardness of interrupting a coach who is already working with someone.
How are coach availability statuses updated?
The display presents the three availability states. Confirm how statuses are maintained, how changes reach your screens, and what staff need to do in your setup during the demo. Do not assume automatic location tracking or a particular refresh interval.
How is this different from F-Rounds or the Coach App?
This display helps members find an available coach. F-Rounds provides screen-guided workout content, while the Coach App supports coaching workflows such as plans, sessions, and member progress. They serve different needs.
Can I use the TVs already on my workout floor?
Share the TV models, screen locations, and connectivity with FitWay. Confirm device compatibility, installation, and the agreed plan before rollout; compatibility with every TV is not assumed.
